Charitable Giving & Courageous Advocacy
“Through our vision of Learning together in unity to unlock our potential, pupils are encouraged to look beyond themselves and recognise their responsibility towards others. Through charitable giving, community action and courageous advocacy, pupils learn to make ethical choices, show compassion and take action to make a positive difference locally, nationally and globally.”
We are currently paired with Kawawa Primary School through the EdUKaid programme and raise money through our Change for Change jar. Other organisations we regularly fundraise for include MacMillan, The Poppy Appeal and Children In Need.

MacMillan Coffee Event
were delighted to see so many of our parents, family and friends turn up to support our MacMillan event, and for the large selection of cakes and bakes which were donated for the event.

Great Athletes Sponsored Event
On a sunny Tuesday in September we were delighted to welcome former Commonwealth Silver Medalist badminton player, Jenny Wallwork, to our school for a fun, sponsored fitness circuit event which all the children, including our nursery, had the opportunity to take part in.
It was quite a warm day but the children had a fabulous time and raised an amazing amount through sponsorship. The money raised from the event will help us purchase new sports equipment and improve levels of physical activity in our school.
