Key Stage 2 Ewden Water Treatment Works Trip

On Tuesday 25th June, Key Stage Two were lucky enough to visit Ewden Water Treatment Works near Sheffield as part of their Water topic.  They learnt about the process used to treat water from it filling the reservoirs from the streams and the rainfall before it gets into our taps!  They also learnt about how to keep their hands clean and all about children

Sports Day 2019

We were extremely lucky with the weather this year and shortly after lunch on Monday 24th June, the whole school decamped to Kirmington Park for Sports Day. Enterprise Market 2019

Every Summer term, the children of both St Helena’s and our sister school, St Barnabas, take part in an Enterprise project. Over a period of four weeks, the children used items such as old candles, jars, clay and fabric paints, to create coasters, framed prints, suncatchers and painted fabric bags to sell at their Enterprise Market.
